These videos encourage me to do better with my days off. I’ve been using our peloton more, and doing my skin care routine more regularly. I suffer from chronic pain from endometriosis and also have bouts of depression where I let my hygiene go (I know gross 😣) But watching these types of videos encourages me to step it up and take care of myself
