Texas is a good place to move dont listen to any negativity. You have to experience it yourself. I came to texas in 87 due to my military move and i loved it so i made a home here and never want to move anywhere else i have lived in Cali since left Samoa in the 70s n graduate from there n enter the military from there too. So anytime i go to Cali or WA i dont like it its too fast for me n too noisy...so its your preference counts not others

Tell chef to start eating raw garlic cloves in the morning when he wakes up on a empty stomach and another on before he goes to sleep with water. Trust me I had high blood pressure then I started eating raw garlic cloves everyday and now I'm healthy and feel good

Talofa family awesome watching your videos always puts a smile on my face. Chef we have something in common I had diabetes type 2 a few years ago I was 145kg and was able to drop nearly 50kg in 6 months just by cutting my sugar and salt out completely and going to sweetners and rock salt as an alternative and obviously stopping the fatty food us samoans love to eat I was able to reverse all my symptoms including diabetes and I feel 100% better, when we get older we tend to look past our own health because we are so tied up in our everyday lives to provide for our families and we forget about our own health, Chef honestly if I can do it so can you uso all the best on your healthy journey me and my family are right behind you God bless to you and the aiga ❤
