INGREDIENTS for chocolate cake ( baking pan 28x18 cm, or round baking pan 24 cm)
220 g flour
40 g of cocoa
8 g baking powder
4 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
160 ml milk (room temperature)
40 g odorless vegetable oil
the chocolate cake is baked for about 35 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (340°F) upper-lower heat without convection on the middle rail until it is ready, and checked with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
Ingredients for the apple layer:
2 large apples (sour variety)
Total weight of diced apples must be about 400 g
250 ml apple juice (sugared)
Juice 1/2 lemon
8 g vanilla sugar
50 g of sugar
another 250 ml of apple juice (sugared)
50 g corn starch
2 Teaspoons of cinnamon (as desired)

350 ml of milk ( bring to a boil )
100 g of sugar
16 g of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla extract)
40 g corn starch
150 ml of milk
50 g butter
150 g cold whipped cream 30%
8 g of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla extract)
