My recipe uses the following ingredients:
Dough:
- 250 ml warm milk
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 10 g dry yeast
- a pinch of salt
- 700 g flour
Filling:
- 300-360 g cottage cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 yolk
- zest of one lemon
- 70 g raisins
Sprinkles:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- brush with beaten egg.
