Ingredients:
For the test:
* Warm milk - 300 milliliters
* Flour - 500-520 grams (you may need a little more or less)
* Dry yeast - 10 grams (about 2 teaspoons)
* Sugar - 3 tablespoons
* Honey - 2 tablespoons
* Salt - a pinch
* Vegetable oil - 50 milliliters (about 3 tablespoons)
For filling:
* Cottage cheese - 320 grams
* Sugar - 3 tablespoons
* Vanilla sugar - 10 grams (about 2 teaspoons)
* Dried apricots - 50 grams
* Prunes - 50 grams
* Egg - 1 piece (yolk for greasing, and 1 teaspoon of milk for mixing with the yolk)
bake at 180°C(360F)/20 minutes
