300-400 g red cabbage
300-400 g green cabbage
1/2 blue onion
1 cucumber
1 green apple
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
1/2 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise, yogurt or sour cream

Спасибо, я бы без моркови обошлась. И вопрос: не лучше ли цветную капусту слегка помять руками? Не будет ли она слишком жёсткая в салате? Майонез я не люблю, заменю сметаной с натуральным йогуртом. Ну, а за идею спасибо.
