Instead of listening to this guy, go check out Miss Orchid Girl. This guy has no idea how to care for orchids. For starters, you never re-pot an orchid in a closed container with no ventilation because the plant will suffocate. He's also exposing phals (the orchids in the video) to water which can cause rot in the leaves and stem. You shouldn't wash the leaves.
