I found in English version of ff10, yuna says "I love you!", but in Japanese version it only says "Thanks you!". I think I love you is better.

It's difficult to explain, but "thank you" actually has the meaning of "I love you." This is an expression that expresses gratitude for fighting together with me until now, for loving and accepting me, and is also connected to the meaning of ``I love you,'' so this is an expression that can be used in English. There is also a difference in nuance between this and Japanese. However, I think the straight expression in the English version is also very nice!
