So the regular version of each is kinda scruffy looking, the A-2 versions are in fancier dress (butler/maid attire), and the A-3 versions look Hingan (kimonos/eastern bow).

This is all well and good but what I really want to know is what specifically do each of the vendors sell.

like if the rabbit npcs sell different things than the fish npc version, I mean

@@Macswaggens sorry haven't been playing in months, didn't check yet. Out of my head the name matters, that will tell what they sell. Fish / rabbit doesn't matter. A salvager will always sell the same stuff regardless if it's a fish / rabbit / human

Apart from showing appearance at no point do you make it clear if their is FUNCTIONAL differences. All the more confusing by the image on type of vendors for Material Supplier A-2 & A-3 I assume being wrong. As it is show as the same as the Junkmonger and different from the other material Supplier.

I am sorry that you seem to be upset with the video. The timestamp of 0:16 shows the types...this is as you call it the Functions of those types (you can see which type sells what, and that is the function for that npc) "I assume being wrong" you might be right about that..did you login and check it yourself ? would be more helpfull if you didn't assume and know it for a fact. I don't want to come over as mean and I have absolutely no hard feelings but why did you use this way to make a comment ? ALL CAPPS always looks very hostile.... and you where even wrong about that the thing you uses caps for This community is very nice and helpful and I want to keep it that way.
