I couldn't make the lyrics very well when I played so I thought it was (finally) the Warrior of Light singing about "no time for mourning" and "moving ahead", given the point in the story this plays. Now that I can read it I guess it's more the Scions (or everyone the Warrior's met, really) singing to the Warrior of Light. Pretty cool, thank you very much for the lyrics!

これ次々消えてった暁の大人組プラス傭兵()の面々の視点からって考えるとウルティマトゥーレの序盤とかがこの曲の曖昧なインストなのが納得できるなーって個人的に思ってる サンクレッド消えてウルティマのマップ序盤(龍のなんとか)→この曲のインストの更に音を抜いてほわほわさせたやつ ↓ エスティニアンが消えてウルティマのマップ中盤(イーアのなんとか)→この曲のインスト ↓ ヤシュトラとウリエンジェが消えてウルティマのマップ終盤(機械生命体？のなんとか)→この曲のボーカルあり みたいな感じで大人組が消えてくごとに想い(デュナミス？)が重なって強くなっていったっていう演出だったんじゃないかなーって勝手に思ってる(なお他の3人の時は別の演出入ってたからまた別なのかなーって)

I met my first real love in FF14 and this song reminds me of him and the conversations we had whilst we were questing MSQ together. For a while it was epic and then reality sunk in, and both of us are now suffering knowing it can't ever realistically work. And now I'm here listening to this song for hours on repeat.

I know what it's like too, all I can say is to stay optimistic and if you really love him and he loves you the same way then stay strong. One of you will have to make the sacrifice of moving away from friends and family down the line, but it's up to you to decide if it's worth it. I hope you're both doing okay! It's very relatable to my own situation as well.

I didn't meet my partner through FFXIV but I got her into it very early on in our relationship. I was still very new at the time and we've been discovering this game together since then. The release of Endwalker was a very big thing for the both of us because we'd both become enamored with the story by that point. Then, a few weeks after the release of Endwalker I proposed to her in the field of Elpis flowers. It was a really special moment. We have so many precious memories together in this game and to us, Ultima Thule has taken on a meaning beyond that intended by the devs. In many ways it represents hope for us because Endwalker came along right as we were starting to get out of one of the roughest periods of our lives. I remember Yoshida describing the expansions up until now as the cycle of a day where Endwalker is the sunrise after the dead of night and that's really how things felt for us back then

At first I didn't think much of this song. I heard it in other videos and went "Meh" as I prefer music like Shadowbringers trailer theme or Dragonsong. But when I reached a certain point in Endwalker and this song played, it went from "Meh" to very emotional. This is dynamis at work and SE did a fantastic job mixing emotions with music. My opinion of it changed so much just because of one cutscene and suddenly I felt the lyrics so much more
