I've always loved how lore-wise Terra is this incredible spellcaster, buy for some reason the best stat for casting magic in all the game belong to the Child.

That's what makes Relm one of my favorite characters lol. The thought of a young child being more powerful than a literal godlike esper is amazing. But tbf Terra has her morph form which almost makes her do damage cap on all spells.

@@martinat3884 Relm does have a higher magic stat than Terra though Trance Terra is effectively stronger since it doubles all her damage, magical and physical included

Relm is definitely the best candidate for dualcast, and I saw your regen strategy as you generate health mid spell on both ends, multiple times.

Still not as insulting as Tellah from FF4 being this master of magic who knows legendary spell Meteor, but has no mana to cast it, forcing him to sacrifice his own life to use it as last resort... And then, in the very same game is Palom. A cocky 5-year-old brat who, if leveled up, can learn Meteor, can spam it shamelessly, and can outperform Tellah with or without Bluff ability Yeah, Mysidia twins make no sense, but I love them to death

its doable just NOT in 1 turn since her weapons are crap she will never do 9999 x 8 hits to kill Kefka in 1 turn but the 3rd tiers instant kill move IS 100% physical so Vanish/Golem WILL make sure a solo party member doesn't DIE from it. Instead of using Cure 2 or 3 to HEAL from the reduce party to 1 attack Fire/Paladin shield her and use Meltdown to DO 9999 damage to final Kefka AND RESTORE 9999 HP at the same time.

Congrats. Back in the day the game was hard because everyone's lack of computer knowledge and input skills. Also, the enemies do not do enough damage in this game for how much you can heal your party. The best game still in terms of storyline yet easy playability.

5, not 3. 5x Ultima is not the strongest single target build (Quick/GG/Offering is 16x), but it's a win button for multi target bosses like this.

@@henryptung Had to have been changed in the remake, in the original release this was my strat. Then I would have Gogo mimic that. I would also do a genji glove/offering and use the atma weapon with the ragenrok sword, where there would be a chance of casting flare. Was fun to watch and would always be a one hit ko for every boss.

I want to play the remaster but gosh these menu sound effect are terrible. So loud compared to anything else, they were fine in the original. I hope they will fix it or let players lower the menu sound effects in the options.

You can adjust the volume of the menu sounds in sound settings to your liking. This applies to all the pixel remasters.
