His standard Bone Club & Snow Muffler of course, and for Relics it's Master's Scroll & Miracle Shoes. I'm uploading another attempt on SNES shortly.

Also, you cannot adjust Umaro's equipment in any way. You can only equip him some relics. The Berserker Ring and Blizzard Orb are his signature items.

Kefka is the most boring final boss of all time. And the scaling system in the original game is stupid. By the time you reached this bastard, you can finish him off in one turn for having such powerful equipment

However even at lv 99 he still sucks so I'll never actually take Umaro OR Cyan TO Kefka's Tower AT ALL.
