This is the famous track One-Winged Angel that everyone knows and loves, but without voices.
The track was composed by Nobuo Uematsu, I've only removed the voices before to rip it from the game with some hex editing tricks.

@@quillllly There a certain charm the PS1 version has. I think that future renditions of the song are what Nobuo Uematsu wanted it to sound like originally, but it's just such a shame that this specific part has yet to be recreated and sound the way it does. Maybe it's just PS1 charm, but hearing that specific part play as an asteroid hurdles through planets and makes the sun implode leaves a lasting impression.

The game is programmed for bosses including final bosses to go base on levels and etc for super bosses its a different story. So its like if your higher level it will be harder and if your lower it will be harder based on your level something like that.

ThatOneEpicGuy Dude, when Hironobu Sakaguchi was designing Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest gave him the idea to make his game an RPG. Dragon Quest is one of the most best-selling series in Japan right now. It never got much footing in AMERICA, and that's only because of bad timing/luck. Dragon Quest 7, for example, wasn't localized until AFTER the release of the PS2, a couple months before the American release of Final Fantasy X. Despite that, it still sold about 200,000 copies, which was a lot better than what Enix of America had expected. Bottom line: I'm pretty sure that Square was aware that their main moneymaker, Final Fantasy, had a rival named Dragon Quest.
