I threw the Aureate Pinion (speed feather) on Aerith and i think it helped speed up her attacks a tad.

Something I learned with my first playthrough: Utilize her charging attack with the light/dark ward. The cactuars seem to home in on it and I end up killing them faster than spammin SS

Works when the big guy actually body slams. But he rarely does it and likes to spam earthquake instead.

The same thing happened to me. I baited him all day and he refused to do it. I hit him with the drain attack instead.
