I've simplified the video a bit. If you would like the Gunblade Cursor and/or the Blue Gradient textures you can download them here: drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1J-MYxTBRJK4pIPMdzZTHuB75UHAfjAUn Steam Deck users will need to follow a few extra steps to get the mods working that can be found here: steamcommunity.com/app/1026680/discussions/0/3593339057329933860/ I'm slightly modifying a comment from @therandomguythefar-nogamec3087 from when I originally posted this video. It is a great question and allows some insight on how you have a lot of flexibility in choosing which graphics you want modded in your game. QUESTION Can we keep the Finger Icon instead of using the Gunblade Icon while keeping the rest of the mods? ANSWER Yes, you can! Using the files from the GDrive link above just replace the Gradient files in the correct Demastered texture folders

Thank you so much, thanks to you I got the mods working. Apart from this, I followed everything but for some reason, I installed Angelwing ultima the same way and it didn't change anything.

You were the only channel that managed to help me put the blue gradient, thank you very much and I will subscribe to the channel! I just couldn't change the symbol on the title screen, if it's not too much trouble, can you tell me what I would have to change to get the same title screen as yours? thanks!

I'm glad the video was able to help you out! There are two things on the title screen that get changed with the mod packs in the video. I assume you are talking about the Gunblade icon but I'll add a section about the background art, too. You can find the Gunblade icon inside the "textures" files you unpacked to get the blue gradient backgrounds from the Using the zzzDeArchive Tool section of the video in "...\textures\hires\iconfl01.tex\en". The 2.png file has the Gunblade cursor in it but if you didn't copy the blue gradient background from this folder yet then I would recommend copying both the 1.png and 2.png files to your game files in "...\FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered\DEMASTER_EXP\textures\hires\iconfl01.tex\en". Once that's done you should be able to see the Gunblade icon on the Title Screen. This is covered in the video starting at 22:00 if you want a visual example. The Title Screen background art can be found in the "...\FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered\DEMASTER_EXP\textures" folder. The two files you are looking for are start00.tex and start01.tex. Take a look and make sure they are the updated background art instead of the standard background art. These files should have been replaced with the SeedRemastered v1.2 mod files and are going to be located at the bottom of the textures folder.

Hiii thanks for the tutorial, and i have a question, this works with the game in spanish?
@VestikStudioАй бұрын
Most, if not all, of the mods should work with the Spanish version of the game. I'm not sure how complete the text files are for Spanish but all the other textures will work.

Angelwing isn't publicly released yet so I didn't include it in this video. You can find that mod on the creator's Patreon with a SeeD membership ($2) www.patreon.com/mcindusmods He is planning on a public release very soon. Hopefully in the next week or so.
