The jumpscares are pretty loud and you need to have the volume up pretty high to hear them moving in the vents. Thats what makes it scary.

@@buster2644 Jumpscares are obviously not the only thing that can contribute to the scare factor of a FNAF game. Atmosphere/ambiance are two factors that add to a FNAF game's scary/tense nature. While FNAF 3 is certainly one of the least scariest FNAF games out there, one cannot deny that it can become stressful really quickly if you don't know where Springtrap is in the building and that alarm going off when you get an error adds to that chaotic and stress factor. Additionally, the droning sound you hear when Springtrap is near or in a vent is a sound that adds some tension as well. Overall, sound plays a crucial role in this franchise even if they don't signify that you're in any danger.

Its because the animetronics need to think that they are able to kill you, if they couldn't then they would just leave

@@mrult28 before security breach retconned it, it was pretty clearly implied that there was no pizzeria in the first place. hence the way henry talks about it ("chasing the cries of children in some unseen chamber, always seeming so near, yet somehow out of reach") and more importantly the center box on the map disappearing during the ending.

Its not actually so hard, just luck and ability. The idea is to finish all the task without stopping and balance the sound

@@mehmemeh5285 I mean yes but it's mainly hard because every animatronic is on a very agresive stage (not sure if 20) and the ads stun you for 3 seconds making loud noise and attracting everyone to your office

You need to listen carefully, if you hear sounds in either vent, you need to look at it until you stop hearing them for 5 seconds, and if you hear sounds from both vents, you need to turn everything off until they leave.
