Alright, here we are again. It's the 17th Official FFR Tournament and interestingly for the first time ever, players are divided into Groups (as the tournament dashboard calls it) instead of Divisions this time around. I have been placed in Group 5 for this tournament, so let's see if we can make a deep run again.
The 17th Official FFR Tournament was played from June 28th - August 23rd, with Round 1 going from June 28th - July 5th. Starting things off with a difficulty of 79, so reasonably difficult but not too challenging to start the tournament off. I'll be perfectly honest, the majority of the first round here I was away at SGDQ 2024 and had pretty much forgotten that I had signed up for the tournament up until about 2-3 hours left in the round. I had to scramble in the last couple hours to try to put up some sort of a score after not having played FFR this year to this point. Somehow I wasn't too rusty and managed to put up a score good enough to move on to Round 2. Enjoy!
