Interesting, the Japanese dub is different. He just says "don't forget about medical treatment" instead.

Yeah, they seem to have wanted the characters to have a different feeling between the two dub tracks, so the localization team seems to have done the same thing they did in the past and done broad strokes between English and Japanese.

In my experiences women give bigger reactions than men, especially to this sort of thing lol I have seem some reaction videos with male streamers who give big reactions of course but they might not be known to this specific video creator.
