Yes, you do have to get the NM to 94% to get the full amplifier bonus but otherwise fully still works as described, it was reported to SE right away and they accepted the bug report but have not changed how the amplifiers work now in almost a year so I've pretty much accepted as working as intended since they've fixed several other exploits around odyssey, it actually helps a ton with the new v20 versions where adds spawn at 75% so you can just avoid adds on RP runs and make doing triple runs much more manageable.
