12:53 - 2nd Floor Panel Phase (exactly like the first)
*A few things
-If he does Sword or Cape in the 1st-floor panel phase, he'll always do the opposite in the 2nd.
-Save your 2 minutes till after you've finished the spread/stack mechanic on the 1st Floor Panel phase. Then everything lines up pretty good for the rest of the fight.

P1S, P2S, and P3S, GUIDES ARE COMING SOON!!!! -Big question ya'll have: Why do P4S first? Well, I couple of things. I currently work about ~50 hours a week IRL and spend my spare time making the guides. By the time I was done with raid and work for the first week, there were already tons of resources and guides out for p1s, p2, and some for p3s. By starting on P4S first, a lot of dedicated raid groups would be progressing on p4s right now (week 3) so it would be most helpful to the entire raid community as a whole when everyone else reaches p4s. So I made the decision to work on p4s first this time while balancing my work life and raid life for what will help out the community best. I apologize for working on p4s first. Please forgive me! I'm not a full-time KZbinr, but I do what I can to help you all out. Other guides are in-progress!
