I never used this on pc but recently migrated to ps5 and it is amazing with controllers. The only issue I've had with it so far is the Garuda-Egi fight in the Summoner questline. It was proving to be a real pain in the ass to keep my target focused on the adds without the camera switching to Garuda-Egi. I think it's possibly because the second setting prioritizes an enemy attacking you, so floating adds that aren't doing anything (right now) are a lot harder to deal with when there is something else attacking you. That is the only issue I've had in ARR so far with this setting

how do you move if your key binds are W A S D for skills

just started playing a while ago. wow, this is so good. it also works with targeting and talking to npcs/using objects when you combine it with the "confirm" keybind

Ironically - I needed this setting for the opposite reason (to turn it off). I am playing BRD at the moment and I tend to accidentally start attacking a group of mobs because I hit an ability and it would auto attack. Turned it off and so much better. Thanks for the easy video!

little note that: this setting is very bad if you plan to do deepdungeon on physic range dps, as a little target jump will trigger auto attack and draw unwanted enemy which may wipe you, i learnt that hard way

amazing that they took so long to add this. Now I wonder how long it will take them to not limit you to lvl16 abilities when doing lvl16 duty roulette dungeons

I just came back to game a week ago and this is an amazing setting. When we get the huge aoe packs in dungeons and they’re dying so fast, I no longer lose uptime trying to retarget the highest health enemy and can keep my rotation flowing. Thanks SE!

As much as the setting help it doesn't help casters much they'll still interrupt cast after you kill some one instead of auto targeting next enemy half way through cast

This happens to me alot since i play with my mouse (choose the skills) and i do sometimes find myself not targetting the enemy! Thanks for the help!

I’m new and this explains everything I’ve been so confused on how everyone can easily target monsters, there’s been too many times I’m not doing anything because I accidentally selected an ally or forgot to choose a new target

Question it shows you selected "closest range" but how come it didn't initially attack the closest one (left most)

i know this is not entirely relevant to this video but its something not alot of ppl realize and it is that casters/healers can autoattack aswell as melee dps ranged phys and tanks too the problem is that unlike ranged dps melee dps tanks and rdm during its combo on casters and healers autoattacks doesn't initiate after using an ability instead you need to right click a mob to initiate autoattack and tbf caster/healer autoattacks doesn't count for nearly as much dps as melee autoattacks melee autoattacks count for like 10% of their damage over a fight where caster is like 3% but its still free damage if you're looking to perform optimally but my question is do you know if its possible to make it so that whenever i use an ability as caster/healer to enable autoattack so i don't have to constantly right click every mob i want to autoattack?
