Fountain of Fire - Healers gets a healing buff once they take their fire. Enough to heal a party member to full HP. Hence you use it for yourself! You'll get more out of shield healing than normal healing. -Thanks Richard T.!

A note about fountain of fire (unless I missed you saying it?), the healer puddles gives a massive +healing buff, one heal is easily enough to top a player taking damage, and this extends to the shields as well. Any healer with shields should use them in this phase as its easily more shields than health.
