If she is holding the sword to the side like she's going to cut in front of her, get out. It's a circular AoE centered on her. If she is holding the sword above her head, get behind her, it's a cone AoE in front of her. If she is holding the sword beside her in a pose, with it in the ground, get underneath her, it'll be a circular AoE but with her feet being a safe zone. If circles show up on the ground, look for the blue flashing electricity moving to another circle, that's your indicator of where something is moving to. From there, watch which version of Prime Blade she's doing and react accordingly. Best of luck.

Say what you will about how good Weight of the World(Prelude) is, I think this one does way more to combine the music of FFXIV and NieR. Also people hate Torn From the Heavens just because they can't disassociate it from ARR. It's one of the main themes of the game, of course they're gonna use it a lot. And the original Dark Colossus has very weird audio mixing with way too much reverb. This new arrangement brings an entirely new kind of energy to the song, especially with the drums(which in my opinion are way too loud in the original). But that's just my spicy opinion, music is extremely subjective.

After playing a lot of this game I finally got on the nier raid and let me tell you, I wasn't expeting AT ALL "The Dark Colossus" theme to show up in that way, That was really fucking amazing, Also the mechanics made an MMO game legit feel like a bullet hell experience. So the entire raid had me grinning from ear to ear and when we got to the 3rd boss and operator 210 I was at max level hype. Then the alien corridors were after that and I was jumping up and down for a Adam and Eve fight or something of the sort. What we got was a gross looking pokeball and a giant 2P made of Android bodies. Hype deflated a little until I heard the music, that’s what saved me lol. It’s a great fight, just not at all what I was expecting

Factory can presumably be rebuilt (and it's _copied_ factory, so maybe that's exactly what happened), bunker... well bunker crashed from space? But alien spaceship was buried deep underground and aliens are long since dead...

I mean, I was totally weirded out by the White Chlorination Syndrome effect in Copied Factory. My wife and I instantly recognized it and were like: "Hold up, isn't Masao almost entirely removed from the NIER-verse? Wasn't that the whole point of Replicants and Androids existing in the first place?" Not to mention if there's WCS then that means the "Gods" from Drakengard are present (yay...), but my question is WHO became the WCS, since its people who became salt - and there's a ton of it in the final are of Copied Factory.

I can understand the frustration about the music. I was not phased at first. But (imo) with the Nier track added, I'm actually enjoying the musical blend of Final Fantasy x Nier. Hearing incorporation of the backing track, beat and harmonisation of Torn from the Heavens especially the violins into the original Dark Colossus I do love the repeated chained broken chords, it makes the Dark Colossus more progressive and intense On a Drakengard note, they should make it such like DG3, we have an ATM mechanic where we have to press the correct buttons with timings of the BGM with only subtle visual cues :D and failure means restart

Lot of people here are (rightly!) referencing Legion from Castlevania, but I think it's a different legion we should be looking at. In original Nier, there was a group of white-bodied monsters called Legion, and their leader was Red Eyes (because he has, wait for it, red eys!). It's all backstory stuff for the original Nier, but basically it's what happens when a human is overtaken by the White Chlorination.. .syndrome? I think it's called? I'm a bit fuzzy on exact names. When the dragon from the end of Drakengard 1 fell and formed the Nier timeline, this was the result of coming into contact with its pieces. This was what the entire Gestalt project was built to get around. Between this and the Drakengard final boss's DNA chain angelic circle... we seem to be running all the way back to the beginning. I'm here for it.

Because Copied Factory had such a majestic last boss theme that nothing can top it anymore. xD

Because it's the least interesting song from nier mixed with the aar boss theme which is the most hated part of ff14. Pick literally anyother boss theme from nier and it would have gone over better hell swap it with the boss that was before it. That fight used Adam and Eve boss theme and either that or birth of a wish would have made more sense since this fight definitely takes notes from the fights those song are from. On top of being significantly better songs. It's all that on top of the realization that "well shit if those songs and possessed disease weren't used here they probably won't be used in the next raid either. They'll probably use wretched weaponry and bipolar nightmare since one was in both nier games and the others the final boss theme and they already used weight and ancients in the first raid."

might as well throw this one in here, the last remix i believe will be Shadowbringers/Shadowlord - now what reasoning do i have for this? Well besides the obvious with two shadow songs there is a pattern in the two first remixes so far. First remix: prelude/Weight of the world - Prelude represents the Final Fantasy franchise as a whole and Weight of the world represents NieR: Automata. Second remix: Torn from heavens/dark colossus destroys all - Torn from heavens represents FFXIV, it is an ARR track that musically represents the game as a whole. Dark Colossus destroys all however represents both NieR: Automata and Nier: Replicant/Gestalt as it's in both games just slightly remixed in NieR: Automata. So what would finish this pattern? A song that represents the expansion with a song that represents NieR: Replicant/Gestalt, the FF song goes from franchise to game to expansion while the NieR song goes from Automata to both games to Replicant/Gestalt.
