FFXIV PVP Samurai Solo Experience The Fear Bringer

Todays Solo experience playing the Samurai, a job all others must fear and respect for there one shot capabilities. In this wonderful round of Onshal Hakair I land 8 kills to 1.7 million damage.

Same I need to start playing it more again I just need to remember the server Tik can mess with Kuzuchi so I need to be patient.

Could u explain how lb works on Sam? When my bar was full I was hitting the orange lb icon but nothing happened, I have to b really close?

If the Lb does not go off either you are stunned in some way or the target your aiming for is out off range. Using LB will dash you to that target and will also hit those around your target, if you use Chiten before hand any players who strike you will get Kuzuchi if you land your LB on any off those target you will 1 shot them

Samurai has always been a complicated class for me in pvp as compared to nin and drg. Will probably look into it again coz it looks fun. How are you so tanky tho?

Its current build always would be harder then the other melee everyone is so a where off Samurai one shot potential now they either mass stun lock you, or wait out your chiten and then mass stun you XD. It was just a good round when I jump in I treat every enemy as if they have the auto lock on to closet target setting on which is why I did a lot of follow up diving. Most who gave chase as well where ranged rolls which is not to threatening with the resistances, and the higher my battle high gets the higher your healing becomes as well that includes the healing from the Oka AOE ability. The last thing that helps is using Guard, Purify and Shishui earlier then you would think since server tick means you could still get lit up even thought on your screen you look safe.

After trying it a few rounds i have concluded i die most of the time by being a dumbass and diving in solo, which is a death sentence in any class imo. Need to practice more for those chiten ult combo as i fail to fully utilize it since i cant for the life of me target effectively debuffed enemies lol. Thanks for the tips as always Salamander!
