whilst the audio quality in this video is a bit choppy, I found that I really liked sphene's VA during DT. felt really royal and regal, but a little inhuman. and that's pretty much exactly what sphene is, so I think the VA was perfect for her

JP Sphene is cute and energetic with extremely friendly and casual pattern of speech and demeanor. She is more like an idol or an overly friendly “persona”.

I actually played Dawntrail in Japanese because I couldn't stomach Wuk Lamats voice acting, but listening to this I much prefer Sphene in English over Japanese. It's hard to take her seriously as a ruler in Japanese, she sounds too cutesy.

Really? But many Germans say that English is always perfect and that the German dubbing is crap and you get ear cancer if you listen to the German dubbing.
