It's called "Bedlam's Brink"

"Tears for Mor Dhona", Mor Dhona's theme in 1.0. It can be found on the Before Meteor soundtrack, and might be easier to find if you use the Japanese name (モードゥナの涙雨).

I meant the patch. The patch storyline for 4.4 felt short to me. This video contains all relevant 4.4 cutscenes :)

They always made x.4 patches short in order to hype the reveals in x.5.
