It's getting good. It's been over a year since I last played so I'm using your videos to help catch up. I"m assuming the voices are the Warriors of Darkness or someone telling you not to stop the calamity, to let it happen. Which, based on the Shadowbringer's trailer, I'm assuming we stopped the calamity and now have new consequences.

Nope, we're pretty much doing so much good that its tipping the balance. We're the reason the calamity is going to happen. This is the same issue that happened to the warriors of darkness and why they came to our world to steal the dark from us.

Thinking about Amaurot, the home of the Ascians and the true intentions of them which Varis seem to fully support, I must say, that I am on the side of the Ascians and Varis. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made in order to bring the right thing which is in this case the rejoining of world's and bring life to how it was before the sundering happened or with other words: peace.

Well considering that wasn't necessary you're as much of a fool as he, oh and that vision he wants presumes that the less aetheric are somehow less worthy. It's the same rotten presumption in racism. Edited in Addendum: Emet-Selch himself admits there that he would be willing to sacrifice the new life of the same aetheric density to get his old friends back. So the sum of the plot is murder the new neighbors to get back the old neighbors who sacrificed themselves for the neighborhood. How is that something to be strive for. The people who find the Ascians' position about what they will do and always wanted to do with Zodiark after Zodiark saved them are kind of ridiculous not even flagrant Utilitarianism can get you there. Only the irrational desire for the familiar over the new would. They are emotionally understandable but logically absolute fools.
