at 5:07, how does the person marking know whose going to be fettered? I keep replaying trying to find it but it looks like they put the 1 on Art before any indication.

its automarks brother, dont strain yourself. Its 3rd party tools. pretty much 100 percent of people that pf ultimates at least on aether use automarks for various mechanics to just simplify things.
