Well, i think this dungeon has many glitches which need to be fixed beside the Southwest being inactive for some players, i had to fight the boss 2 times in order to get the armiger.

Confirmed BYPASSED:1.clear all cubes,to the point where the same cube keeps bringing you in front of the red teleporter instead of the floor with the red giant2.exit dungeon via teleporters 3.save game4.use camper near tipster and teleport to Altissa5. Save game & RESTART CONSOLE6.go back to lucis,abort hunt7.reselect hunt8.go back to the castle,to the cubes. You will notice the elevator to the giant is now on the same level as you,(good sign no1) as opposed to having to jump all the way down to activate it9.do the previous cube again(should be the only one available anyway)monsters will spawn BUT instead of bringing you back up to the floor woth the red teleporter it will drop you to the red giants room(good sign no2) this also kickstarts the procedure to getting to jabberwock. 10.proceed like previous time,kill everthing take the elevator up and another cube unlocks.11.repeat until dropped to jabberwock elevator 12.PROFIT

I've beat this dungeon and killed the jabberwock before but now whenever I try to get back to it, the only floor door that works is the one at the north east and it just takes me through a path that leads me to the square on the west near the center, right next to the staircase. That's all I can do aside from go down the square all the way over the west that takes me right to the locked dungeon door. anybody know what the deal is?

Rhino Low hey I can't really explain what I was doing wrong but I got it to work. I didn't realize the north east square had two different paths I could take. In fact I beat the dungeon the first time without ever touching that square. Weird. Anyway thanks!

Thanks for verification that you can just take the SW again. For anyone else who might read this, always select the cube furthest from you when you go through them. A lot of ppl don't like this place because it feels like a punishing maze. once you know which cube to use, it's really just a guantlet. Edit: Forgot to say that on the last leg, the SW path, when you come to the cross section, don't go right down the hall (away from the center).

It turns out after you finish the puzzle it starts over from square one again. I just needed to keep doing the puzzles until the southwest cube became available.

Here's my issue: beat the Jabberwock and the cutscene played where Noct got the weapon, then I accidentally walked onto the red teleport that takes you out fo the fucking dungeon but it said "Quest Complete" and everything so I really should have the weapon. Now I'm waiting for night again to go back down do it ALLL again and hope I missed something... thanks Square, worth the fucking wait.

Congrats on the Sword of the Tall, one of the 13 ancient weapons first and foremost^^ But to answer, the games bounties are somewhat locked until certain objectives are met (finish chapter x then revisit this open-world area again, reach bounty Hunter level x before higher hunts become available). Something along those lines is likely why the hunt may not show for you just yet. Sry I can’t be more specific as to which chapter might need finished tho.

I've got the same problem. As for the door in the hole in the wall, you have to receive the "Menace Beneath Lucis" quest (whole different guide) but it's the least of your worries. The level recommendation for the dungeon behind that door is lv 99 and not only that, you're not allowed to use items. If you want to do that dungeon, first do everything there is to do in the game and second, look up a guide when you think you want to take that dungeon on.

In short, it is a quick run of a (repeatable) quest in FFXV that had a confusing bit regarding where exactly to go if the player was lost, instead of a 2 hour “let’s play” where some gamers just don’t have time for all that. It’s not perfect, I’m not either, but I hoped it helped shed light on the crux when all 4 pillars were down for those who played the game.
