I think she's good but unlike Boabhan's buffed np she lacks someone like douman to help apply a bunch of stacks quickly at the start of the fight but i think they gave her faster ramp to compensate?

Much faster. Boa has one way to apply curse built into her kit, and this dragon lady has three ways in her kit. And you are right that there isn't really a support servant that supplies poison. Serenity is the closest we get since they have a lot of ways to apply poison while technically having some support capabilities.
