The anti immobilization is kinda sad because enemies could have debuff immunity or you could be up against space Eresh who is flat out immune to all types of stuns. I do see the uses for enemies with lower debuff res but still a 1 hit quick np getting a crit buff is an issue especially when she only has a 20% battery unlike a certain rider with the same hit count on np

30% crit damage on a servant who struggles to gen stars though i guess double ruler skadi could help with making crits consistent

The buff is okay for what she already does. Her NP is a nuke for a starters and this makes the nuke to hit harder. The swap MC with the stun also makes this available for 2 turns (or more like, against 2 enemies of your choice). Being the power mod single target is completely fine in my opinion. Obviously would be better if AOE but that would mean changes to S1 being needed and I'd prefer changes to S3. Waves already comes with a big HP enemy and the rest lower amount, so that's completely fine by me. They don't need to "fix" her hit count. Her Arts cards are okay, the problem are the quick cards. This requires a small buff and that would be increasing the hit count for quick cards just like Musashi's skill. I don't see a reason of why they can't do apply this to S3 in addition to a small quick up buff, all lasting for 3 turns. That and she's gonna be really good. Also, you forgot that Medusa's S2 was 2 turns up and now lasts 3 (finally). You can pop up her skill on T1 and save the power mod for wave 3 or just the biggest HP enemy. I don't see this as a mediocre buff. It is okay and helps on challenge quests (30% crit and a mini-oberon for last turn if the enemy can't resist stun/petrify/bound/etc). She goes really well with Habetrot on farming so she can 3T with her. Considering you should run Riders against Casters of course.

wait till we get enemy card block support, if Cnoc's Arts block triggers the Tamamo Mirror CC, surely it's also an Immobilize debuff so if somehow we get a certain card block support, then the enemy will have higher chance to use the card with the Most Damage/the Most Hit Count to kill the esport or refund our NP gauge in a more controlled enemy AI run :'v

So, what you're saying is that they need to buff her first skill, too.
