Each 90++ has its uniqueness so yes It can be overwhelming but 90+ is always there as a backup plan if 90++ Is not comfortable About the question, there are two plugsuits in the game one from the singularitity arc, and one from the lostbelt arc, the first one has only aoe atk up and a stun, the second has aoe atk & np dmg up and a atk debuff cleanse, you get the second one by clearing Tunguska!

I got a bit lazy playing the story for over a year and just play the events. I did have no prob 3T this node thanks to you

Yes he does, in fact best option for the 90++ Is Hokusai imho, at MLB ce she doesnt even need oberon (I think, haven't tested yet)

90++ and CQs always changing the requirments make it much more diverse, it has a repetitive component but also a strategic one to make those consistent

^ it is basically a 60% charge CE with buster up and full atk, the damage check is kinda close so you kinda need it leveled it like that to be consistent, anyway buster with her is not the easiest setup, you can always use arjuna with the dmg ce mlb and it's definitely easier
