One I've been using is Merlin-Ciel-Koyan-Phantasmoon, using Ciel s3 to get all her cards then swapping her with Phantasmoon. Works at any NP level, since Phantasmoon gets both buster crits along with her NP.

You can also use Nemo to one shot. Have base Tenochtitlan set up water field and her team attack buff, use all of Nemo's skills, Castoria's skills, and then swap to Oberon. Dump all the buffs, the master skill and you'll smack the boss for 1.7 to 1.8m

I just RNG ran both raids with no swap Bazette. Crit facecard 1 turn, or potential 2 if not. Could have swapped for guarantee but I did not want to bother with support selection
