Oh boy, the comment section really is a dumpster fire. Can we just stop acting like one character is superior to the other? Each has their own journey and story, so they would naturally enjoy the companion of someone in the same shoes, and we should be happy for it. People might not see this, but this is the collaboration of two greatest Master in history of Fate. No other character in the series even come close to these two (or four if you count the different gender as different characters) in term of skills and experience as Masters. Haku and Guda hyping and glazing each other is the exact thing that fans should have done, not arguing.

Well said mate, been fan of FE and FGO for a long time, and Hakuno and Ritsuka both went through a lot of flak respectively back in the days (FE was looked on upon by old TM fans before FGO came out). I'm glad the 2 of them finally got a chance to work together, since I always find them to be 2 of the most well adjusted TM protagonist in the franchise.

honestly i wouldn't mind this senpai x kouhai relationship between hakuno and ritsuka, why would i? this isnt a bad thing, actually its very good and common. there is no need to compramise both masters, both re succeeded many things in their own besides as they respected each other, why do you arguing? :) i wont lie my favorite is still ritsuka but i definitely respect each other and seeing them both like this make me happy. reminding me last spiderman film with 3 peter parker(oldest, mid and youngest) their relationship is similar in here

Trought the whole event the writers try to shove down the hakuno senpai thing down our throats. Just after said moment you have mash saying shit like: "senpais senpai" and the protag agreeing with it (in one of the choices) Pretty much from the moment we actually meet hakuno they start with this shit. So im angry at the writers for choosing this stupid dynamic. I don't hate hakuno as a character at all.

I don't have issues with Hakuno wanting to be the Senpai, he is one of Fate oldest MC and Ritsuka is humble enough to just go with it I simply find annoying Hakuno just got better spot summons than Ritsuka, which is his whole thing They had to make up a whole new ability for Hakuno to just be useful in combat and then have him be better than Ritsuka They could have gave him any other ability Moon-Cell related (he is the King of the Moon after all, even got the Regalia) and I would have been chill with it But this is pretty disrespectful

My main point tho is the fact that hakuno in extella link (the furthest point in his story) is pretty much the same type of protag as guda (they are much more similar to eachother) I wish they kept him how he was in his series rather than basically make him into a "sage" oc 3.

I don't know why there are people crying about Hakuno being a nice boy or him being Fujimaru's Senpai, both Hakuno and Fujimaru went through difficult challenges, ok Fujimaru went through more amounts of challenges but let's not forget that the Servants of the Extraverse are much more dangerous than a normal FGO servant, not counting threats like Sefar or Kiara and the Sakura Five.

Spoilers Extraverse Extra: Hakuno dies in every route. Extra CCC, Nameless ending: Hakuno and Nameless separate for good Extra CCC, CCC ending route: Hakuno sees BB die after they both confess their love for each other. Extella, Nero ending: Hakuno ends up as a vegetable. Extella Altera ending: Altera dies without Hakuno being able to save her. Extella Link: Hakuno and Charlemagne separate in every ending. Last Encore: Hakuno and Nero fail in the final battle, Hakuno dies and separates from Nero.

In all good and true endings Hakuno ends up living with either servant of choice, or harem like in Extella(Nero,Tamamo and Altera). The CCC ending of Extra CCC is Sakura creating new body for Hakuno in real world, and them leaving Moon Cell together to live in real world, while creating a copy of Hakuno in Moon Cell to stay with Servants.

Both. If anything, regarding FGO's timeline, female Hakuno is a bit more canon than the male one considering she has appeared in more crossover works. But Moon Dubai pretty much outright told us that both are as real as they come.

Holy Grail Wars don't last for more than 2 weeks, this guy has been at it for 3 years (9 years by the Summer timeline), even what we saw of Hakuno is less than a year Even Shousetsu and Ushi Gozen refer to him as the greatest Master in human history by this point

Isn't Hakuno technically the overseer/owner of the Moon Cell? In this particular situation he should be spearheading the attack, not Guda. You might not like it but he's more acquainted with BB and the Sakura Five than us. Also his journey was over. He's more experienced, and if there's something you should have learned with FSN Archer and Yu Meiren is that everyone in the Nasuverse will pull the senpai card if they can get away with it.

Fate Extra came before fgo, so that's the reason why hakuno is acting as a senpai here. This is basically the Japanese senpai/kouhai culture thing. No matter how superior or talent in your job is than your predecessor, you still have to respect your predecessor. This is the most common thing here in asia not exclusive only to Japan but Korea too have similiar culture like this, so i won't expect any of you western to understand it.

Because if she literally could do away with an galaxy by blinking, by the how you put it, then why would she need the Moncell? which is EXTRA-verse's all wish granting Holy Grail. @@bluelion3008 the mooncell + andersens noble phantasm led her to become a true daemon. If you read Tsukihime and Tsukihime remake, you know they’re real, and they are literally conceptual beings. Kiara herself reached a state of actual omnipotence and godhood. She USED the mooncell, BECAME the mooncell, and with andersens noble phantasm, became a true daemon. There’s multiple ways to become true daemons. We know there’s another way with a thing called a “sabbath”. The only reason Kiara couldn’t win against Hakuno is due to the basis of her powers, the sakuras, rejecting her.. because her opponent was Hakuno. If she fought anyone else, it would be game over for the world and galaxy. Simple as.

Honestly, my only issue with the senpai/kouhai thing is how massively out-of-character it is for Hakuno. He isn't the type to focus on that kind of crap or to try to make himself look better to impress others. Never has been. He is very humble; comparable to Sieg and Iori (when he isn't in battle maniac mode anyway) in that sense. It especially ends up making him look silly when you compare which of the two Masters has actually accomplished more. I love Hakuno, and normally them teaming up would be a dream, but let's not get silly by even suggesting that he/she has done even a tenth of what Fujimaru has accomplished, even a Servant version of Hakuno that's a composite of all four Extra games (and maybe the Foxtail manga, but given Hakuno doesn't seem to be wary of Kazuradrop despite her literally torturing him, I doubt he has the memories of Foxtail Hakuno). That's not being 'butthurt' or any of the silly accusations Hakuno-stans are making towards Fujimaru-stan, but objective fact. Saving the world is practically a monthly occurence for Fujimaru, but Hakuno has only done it once each across three or four different versions of himself (CCC, Extella, maybe Link, and CCC Foxtail). And it's not because Fujimaru is 'better' or anything so silly, but because that's just the circumstances Fujimaru found himself in. I have no doubt Hakuno could do the same, if he/she were forced in Fujimaru's shoes, so, again, mu issue isn't with comparing them, but with how OoC Hakuno is being.
