I haven't admittedly followed the Fate franchise for a long while, the last thing being when I completed LB5 and LB6 in one go when it came out on Global after dusting off my dormant account that was sitting for a year. Although I still pop back in the game every half a year or so for certain servants, it was a franchise that I was mostly content with the peaks it offered. And then all of a sudden I see Hakunon on my feed everywhere out of nowhere and get blasted with a wave of nostalgia, remembering the time from when I played CCC during the height of my adolescence. Like it was buried in the corner of my mind and erupted out of nowhere, I found myself reminiscing and grinning like an idiot looking up old CCC videos to recount my experiences of the game, whilst being pleasantly surprised to learn, that despite everything, I did carry some of the lessons and insights I learned from the game into adulthood, even over half a decade. To my eyes, that game exhibited the turbulence of youth and I highly recommend any people to give CCC a try if they haven’t read it themselves yet. (Now to wait 2 years for it to come out on global, and maybe in another decade if they ever make a remake of CCC in my mid 30s)

Some strange fox girl appearing out of nowhere insisting on becoming your wife every few minutes probably takes some effort to accept in the first place, which justifies the two Hakunos' attitude towards it enough for me, and a lesbian marriage would be additionally abnormal for someone of her background. I'm not saying I absolutely don't understand her resistance at all, but the girl shit felt like such obvious excuse giving it was frustrating in the games. He discarded the name 'Shirou Emiya' claiming that 'that' man is dead. His past life led to his demise, Nameless therefore moved on and no longer associates 'Emiya Shirou' as who he is now. Also, her line about our precious Moon Cancer BB (Welfare) is deserved. For all the crap BB put us through, as a Sakura AI and a Caretaker AI, she can't bring herself to truly doom humanity in the end. Chronologically, going by the Extraverse games: Fate/EXTRA -> Extra/CCC -> Extella Zero (background from Nameless's OG Extella introduction only) -> EXTELLA: Umbral Star -> Extella Link. Nameless and Emiya are one in the same, as confirmed in the CCC main interlude. It's just an Emiya's from a later point in his life where humanity eventually remembered his story and made him the symbol for all martyrs.

@@cjbladesworth8049 Pretty much true in all corners. Though it's better say they're just a Shirou Emiya from different points of his entire lifetime if we ignore parallel universes/timelines. Nameless is a pure Heroic Spirit while EMIYA could be referencing F/SN EMIYA who was actually a Counter Guardian, not a Heroic Spirit.

The difference being that when Emiya does makes contract with Moon Cell, He is not sent to kills many innocent people. Just bored out of his mind while waiting for a Master to summon him (Also, for anyone wondering on how can Emiya have a possibility to remember memories from the Extra Timeline? It's simple, because like every other Heroic Spirit, all of their memories and experience after their summoning are brought back to the version of themselves in the Throne of Heroes. Because Throne of Heroes is above space and time, it is possible for them to store an endless amount of memory from their Servants counterpart. The reason Emiya can remember is simply because He is the most summon Heroic Spirit, being a Counter Guardian and all of that)

@@Patrick-tg6wm Emiya likely makes a contract with the mooncell at a later point in his life. Emiya is a counter guardian, not a heroic spirit. Emiya's UBW was granted to him by the counterforce. Him having it means he spent time as a proper counter guardian

@@cjbladesworth8049 Wait, can't make another contract after making a contract with Alaya? I never think that is possible. But for the most part, because of the contract of Alaya and becoming a Counter Guardian. He does became a Heroic Spirit and Granted a place in the Throne of Heroes. Tho, not really the same way like any other Heroic Spirit. For his UBW, it is something Emiya unlock himself after making contract with Alaya and gaining more power to save people. It is only after his death that He started his jobs as a Counter Guardian. So, Alaya did not unlock Emiya's UBW. But Alaya does give him the power just enough for him to unlock it himself.
