Going by the blue dot's location: we're most likely going to Tokyo Fuyuki City is located in/near Oita Perfecture: that's south Japan. I wouldn't highly bet on Guda Guda, Prototype, Shinjuku characters returning considering how OC 1 is set in "Egypt" and we got Indian servants participating in Fate/Extra BS.

Ordeal Call 1 happened in Egypt but lots of Indian servants participated in just because Rani ‘Dust of Osiris’ mainly the final boss (Archer/Alter Ego’s Master).

Because of this Alter Ego servants has unique powers/skills that the original version doesn’t have (like Okita and Okita Alter). I doubt; it took them 6 years to add a single SEA servant, and there are hardly any characters from places where they're history/myth/folklore is popular (compare the amount of Indian servants with Greek or Norse servants). I doubt they would focus on a chapter on a country that's known by the entire world for a single province (like seriously, I have seen some people who didn't know Bali was a part of Indonesia)
