The only people who can make active changes is the JP community. They did it with the coins, why can't they push for further changes that are NECESSARY. After 7th anniversary the game has out right stagnated and fallen off in quality. No event reruns, barely any CORRECT strengthens(a character can just exist by proxy and get a strengthen), barely any animation updates, no good QOL updates. The list goes on. They need to all get together and hold Sony and Aniplex RESPONSIBLE. THE CEOS AND SUITS NEED TO PAY. Why are other gatcha games able to adapt, and accommodate to modern standards but FGO can't? Forget improving the gameplay. My game isn't even synced with my email. Why isn't that a thing AT ALL.

For the money they make, they don’t even have a help center for feedback, issues, etc unlike most other games and gachas. They only take action when ppl complain enough on twitter and it looks like the whales might actually drop (because let’s be honest, 90% of the revenue comes from old players, there’s barely any new players as shown in the articles) They have nothing for the community, no interaction with players or CCs, no dev response or regular updates of upcoming changes (especially big ones like append). The entire community is spread out in discords and the wiki, literally 3rd party platforms. Your only option of contacting them is through email like it’s 2010. That’s why personally find it hard to believe JP has a form of power. NA even less just as you said.

It's just rare that they show back bone because unless something it outright scummy there isn't much justification to speak up as and this is my current interpretation so I can be entirely wrong, but culturally speaking JP isn't very vocal or confrontational. Which is why, when things happen like the backlash with the coin system it they don't go under the radar. They need to stand up for themselves and show backbone. Kanou aka 2-San had to fight for 2 years just for us to get a 5 star ticket for God sake.
