Innocent monster is alright, Mental Corruption is what makes him the top of D tier, if they change that to something unique like “Musical Madness Rank B+” or something where it buffs his damage or changes his cards into arts would be pretty neat.

First of all Congrats. Hope you had a good sleep. Last stream phantom couldn’t, before that mr. Green tried everything for more than 5 hours. Using different ces, different mc, different command code. But he just couldn’t, the stream was true despair. But finally its done. Once again congrats. My dream buff for Phantom would be giving his Mental Corruption some instant NP gauge and changing the Mental Debuff Success Rate to a universal Debuff Success Rate (and maybe change Mental Debuff Resist to universal Debuff Resist so it still matches, it not like that would make him overpowered). His only niche is his absurd 6 turn Debuff Resist Down to support charmers/stunners/Serenity, but his NP gain isn't good enough for that on its own, and if it misses due to Magic Resistance he will certainly die before he can try again. His recent buff was also super important, since most of the charmers he would be supporting are anti-male his charm needs to work on males as well, but it definitely wasn't enough on its own. Also please give him an animation update it's been 5 years :(
