Oberon, on the contrary, offers a degree of utility none of the main three supports can offer via NP damage multipliers and a 70% battery.

All classes need their dps to be great at refunding except buster. Most Quick Dps have their own refund buff skill, and Arts as a card are just naturally good with it.

Oberon's skills are amazingly good. People avert their eyes because of that perma sleep, but in my honest opinion that system can do some really powerful defensive scenario where you go all out with a buster servant in one turn and let that servant died because of the taunt hence renewed your line of offense without plugsuit and already dealt with one charge of the boss. That is some creative gameplay there.

Oberon, support, dps victim, dps, support, freeloader/support. Use plugsuit. In a boss battle with insane crit damage, using this is pretty good. You shot the boss with dps victim and oberon's skill and will reduce the boss' hp by quite much. And then the victim will aggro the boss crit and died. Than the rest can do their job with one charge already broken. Honestly i can only imagined it but unable to do it because a lack of servant, but yeah i think it works to ditch servant to change to a new one and still have a turn saved because of taunt.

For Habetrot, it's actually surprising, since the anti-sacrifice buff is being activated first then she sacrifices herself. As for Arash or Gong, they die before the anti-sacrifice buff is activated, so Arash can still die and Gong can still kill his target.

The MLB Kscope is not as harsh as requirement nowaday due to Append Skill providing 20% starting NP, which mean that as long as you have a single Kscope(and 120 of the desired Servant coins) , you can mimic the strats, no problemo.

@@rokurojapan1978 Lancelot can't replicate most strats simply because his NP gain is too shit, he'll only refund the 50% he needs when his 1T gain skill is available, otherwise he just doesn't work and requires either external gain buffs or another charger, and his damage is shit enough you'll still need NP3+ to clear the majority of waves. Honestly you're legit better using a a neutral servant like Parvati who both has more damage buffs and better gain.

Basically he is "Mugetsu" in Bleach. Give strongest NP buff ever for 1 turn, then lose all your power next turn. While he even allow Buster to have 6 slot ce farm, gotta mention that he doesnt provide that much at w1 & w2. From this half oberon system & double oberon system, at W2 he offer around 100k neutral np. If that's enough, then good luck on your farming.

What exactly is the point of Oberon? I can see how people can like his 70% max charge but the rest of his kit just feels like "So I heard you like overkill" personified. And as a Buster support the DPS doesn't benefit from it.

70% charge means MUCH more buster dps can be in buster loop. Before Oberon, only one with 50% own charge can be used in Koyan system. Now just 30% own charge is enough. And some of 30% guys are broken like godjuna or Melusine. His 3rd skill also increase your damage like crazy if used wisely. For example, Melusine at NP1 with normal black grail is already OP farming with 250k+ damage on normal class advantage in 3rd wave. (You don't care about number of enemies like quick or art loop) And it isn't just buster team, even quick and art can also get huge boost from this skill if you have multiple np damage buffs (e.g. Space Ishtar)
