@@_Koyomi_ Sorry, by can't control I meant she can't make it do something because SHE lacks the knowledge(skill) to. The snake is like a tame animal, but she herself lacks the abilites to easily control it. The snake won't intentionally harm her, but her np is based on the fall of Egypt in which she was also harmed in. Hence the double egded nature of her np attack. The snake is merely a physical medium for her np, not a pet or ally that she had in life that can suppourt her in combat.

Same here. I started back and June when the first Camelot banner was running and got the two Pharaohs in my first week. Completing the Rider/Caster/Assassin trio with Cleopatra would be great.

It is all about luck tbh... And Aniplex Conspiracy to what you want, really. I yolo 1 ticket when I was in a bad time and got Ozy in it's first banner (last hours tho). Then I got him to NP2 while rolling all my savings for Tamalancer, then got Nitocris in Illya's Event... Today I yoloed to get her and it came a gold circle in summoning to come a golden Assassin. I thought it was Stheno but it was Cleo, it seems Egypt servants like me ._. Don't forget that if the servant didn't came to you, it is due to his choice (Chaldea lore =P). (If you think I'm lucky, I got D'Eon in Okita's Banner in GUDAGUDA, fucking Ozy NP2 in Tamalancer Banner and Jeanne in Cu Alter banner... Sometimes, it is just the system that gets in your way... Also, I recommend rolling for 5* at 7:10 AM in GMT -3:00... Got consistently 5* servants that time, to add other Discord friends got them roughly that time as well) (Deeper note: Remind you that everything generated randomly is not so random. If it is a Linux server, there are great chances of random generator using as base the time set in machine, tho I might be really wrong... But, we never know =) )

HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE MOST IMPORTANT PART?!, She is voiced by the Tsundere queen herself, Rie Kugimiya, just like Nobu!, lol. Cleopatra was one of, if not possibly my first, SSR servant on JP, I was trying so desperately to get her, I even turned down when MERLIN came back to continue trying to save for her, failed roll after failed roll, until she came to me from a barely scavanged single roll, I was so happy, Right now, she's sitting at level 92 with her skills pretty high up, I swear once I have the money and stuff to spare, she WILL go to 100 10/10/10, I freaking love her design and character, lol. Screw Jalter, any tickets I managed to get will go towards attempts on her, Hey, Cleo, if you come to me on EN, I swear I'll level up a Caesar and use him along side you!......Please?, lol.....

Agreed, she's criminally underrated. I'm glad I got her and Ozy (and another Nitocris) during the Pharaoh's Winter Festival this year. She's just all-around amazing and not just a moonwalking Danganronpa meme. Demonic Bodhisattva is also a wonderful CE for her when it comes out during Babylonia's release. Also I don't think it's a fair comparison to compare 2 ST assassins with an AoE one, but an assassin is an assassin in most people's eyes.

I was lucky enough to get her during last years Halloween event. She is so good that she not only became my best assassin, she also became one of my go to servants for any situation where I needed someone good. Even after I got Jack who is a better star generator and arguably better assassin in some situations I STILL prefer to use Cleo time and time again. She is my queen now and forever and damn anyone who says she's not worth it!!! Now that her event is back I'm planning to roll for her again to see if I can get her to NP2 or even NP3.

She's tempting, but I'll stick with Shuten for AoE, and Jack for stars. Also, Cleo should be good with Shakespeare. A 20-40% buster buff, & 20% np charge with a 1 turn C. star drop rate boost of 50-100%.

Not only going more in depth on support recommendations, but also more details based on what she is being used for. Just by looking at her skills alone made me question why she wasn't getting a lot of hype. I could see myself using all 3 of her skills in almost every fight, and as someone who almost never intentionally run synergistic teams (for one thing, all my CE slots are filled with those CEs that make leveling things faster, and fp+), having skills that are useful in almost any situation is a big plus in my book that most servants don't get because they tend to have one skill that focuses on a niche situation. She even has a buster+ on her NP to make up for the fact she doesn't have a consistent atk+ skill.

Welp there goes another 5 star I will never get. On the bright side, the game will always be challenging for me(I say as I quietly cry in a corner) Also I really like the changes that u have made. (my previous coment i didnt saw the video since i was using yt mobile) nice video man, loved the new details on supports and CEs, and best of all, a review on one of my main target servants in this game along jeanne and dantes. cleo may not have the absurd damage from gramps hassan, but she can rival his survivability and is a great all rounder for the assasin department, not only that but she is stylish as hell, and also with her, i can finish the egyptian trio (i have ozy and nitocris already) so i got more than enough reason to want her. i got 120 quartz and around 10 tickets with her name on them, just have to wait for jalter's salt and tears from the people who play "meta" (who shouldnt exists because this is a PVE game) pass by, and i can try get her on liz's second spooky party

Just a thought. It seems to me that good ol' Julius might also work well in a team with her. His Tactics and Charisma can help with her damage, while Incitement EX can either be used on her for more star generating or on himself or anyone with a higher star weight in the same team.

This is a good review. Cleo is ranked low on JP version which only because they got several broken team set. For NA, this is a solid servant and could help as Anti-rider cannon and Burst Team Support for next 2 years. Try Cleo with Waver or Merlin or even Hans, plus with a burst dealer. The final outcome in damage would actually higher than Jack. Thanks to her 2 Burst card and Burst NP. Please note 1 more Burst card as Assassin makes a huge difference in overall burst team.

One thing worth mentioning is her bonus atk boost in this and next Halloween Event makes farming very quick, since she can AoE NP spam quite comfortably. Also, the best nodes for next Halloween are Rider (bronze), Rider (silver), Rider+Assassin+Berserker (gold).

They aren't necessary but very helpful since there aren't any servants that give drop bonuses this event so having the gacha CEs will save you a few apples. Plus the 5* CE is pretty good itself

Overall Jalter is the stronger pick, especially if you have Shuten already. But I am a proponent of following your heart!

I'd personally go for Cleo because a) my assassin game is weak b) so many in my friends list have Jalter c) if I'll aim for an Avenger that'll be Gorgon and d) my heart and history nerd self demand I go after Cleo. But you should listen your heart above all. I wish you luck regardless what you choose in the end. May both come to you

Great review 100% agree. I'm going all in for her. She's my first real waifu in this game so im gonna whale for her. I already got Ozy ready and Rama's grailled to 90 with 10/10/10 skill's so the crew is already waiting for her.

Mmm, I’m saving my quartz for babylon but honestly I might do 1 or 2 ten rolls for her, and a few tickets. I’m sitting at 141 quartz right now so I can probably make most of it back by the time It comes out. I really like her design and overall style, plus I still don’t have a 5 star assassin and honestly I want her to be my first. Even if I don’t get her Vlad is on the banner too and i want him as well.

For the 4 million campaing the interludes and strenght quests will be at 50% ap. You could get a some SQ from those even if you don't want to use thst servant. Besides, for this campaing we also.get a higher high and super success rate, so, if for an interlude you need first ascension for a servant it will be easier to level it up.

Now this really refreshes my impression on her. Since JP also has Lanling Wang for increase buff success rate, he is going to be Cleo’s partner until I roll Ozy. Got her and Jeanne Archer for NY GSSR.
