Not chocolate. He/She says they received her 'gift' long ago. They're referring to the gift of her friendship. Xu Fu can be a prickly person who is very, very difficult to get along with, but she is seriously loyal to those she does consider her friends (she knew Yu would never love her but still chose to trick the first emperor into funding her research so she could find a way for Yu to finally permanently die). She genuinely considers Fujimaru to be her friend and values said friendship despite her whining and all our arguing. Notice she gets sad when you choose to say you don't think the two of you are really friends. She was the same in Traum. By the time she realizes we are actually a human from the Pan-Human History, and not another Servant like her, she already considered us her friend, so she was able to resist the brainwashing impulse most Servants in Traum had to hate the PHH and anyone from it. TL;DR - Xu Fu is a pain in the ass, but she's OUR pain in the ass and Fujimaru wouldn't have it any other way!

A famous alchemist from god age (famous enough to be known by most Chinese and Japanese) that's worshipped as god in some part of Japan wouldn't be enough. On contrary, it's strange that she isn't that powerful.
