What a joy this was to watch. My husband said “are you welling up?” I was when you said that having the chocolate advent didn’t bother you. I’m so happy for you, I remember when I reached that stage and the feeling of anorexia’s grip loosening was liberating. Hope you had a lovely Christmas and a happy healthy 2023 🤍💫 xxx

So lovely to see you enjoying your chocolate advent calendar this year!!!🌲✨💗 the struggles you've overcome since last Christmas show how strong you are despite it having been extremely difficult and almost unbearable at times. By taking things at your own pace, one day at a time, doing the next right thing and learning to ask for help, recognising when you are experiencing burn out and need to take a break, plus allowing people to help you by handing over control to others at times have all been new experiences from what I can understand. Learning about what helps you is such an important part of recovery I've found. I hope you continue to learn more about yourself and you can continue making progress through 2023.
