I embarked on my football journey in 2014 at the age of 6-7, joining my 12-year-old cousin in watching the sport. Despite my initial lack of knowledge about football, I vividly remember the highlights of Argentina vs Nigeria and Argentina vs Bosnia, particularly Messi's unforgettable free kick that left me with goosebumps. This marked the beginning of my deep connection with the sport. Witnessing Messi's brilliance during the World Cup further fueled my passion, and even though Argentina fell short in the final, the sight of Messi's sadness brought me to tears. Post-World Cup, I discovered Messi's allegiance to Barcelona through my cousin, and I eagerly started following their games. Despite some matches being scheduled at midnight, I persisted, watching highlights and reveling in the incredible chemistry between Messi, Neymar, and Suarez. As my understanding of football grew, so did my commitment. By the end of 2018, I had a comprehensive grasp of the sport, sneaking in live UCL games at midnight. The 2018-19 UCL campaign, despite its disheartening conclusion, showcased Messi's unparalleled brilliance within a challenging Barcelona squad. Reflecting on missed opportunities, like Piqué's struggles in aerial duels against a 5'9 Wijnaldum, I couldn't help but feel that victory was within reach. Trent's corner take quickly was just disheartening. The subsequent two years brought even more heartbreak-the 8-2 humiliation and Mbappe's hat trick at the Camp Nou. Even though Messi left Barcelona, I still love the team. It's been more than two years since he left, but I'm still a big fan of Barca. I'm sticking with them, cheering them on no matter what happens. (I am not even from Europe)

Actually we all have some sudden reasons to choose our club. Mine was: I used to play a football video game and my by default team used to be Arsenal and I became pro in that game and used to defeat every team in big margin; until and unless I faced a team who actually beated me by 0-5 goal margin😮. I was helpless throughout the game. I liked their gameplaying and jersey colour and at that time I perfectly knew only one player in the world and I found the same player in that team who thrashed me by 5 goals. He was in no 10 jersey. I found another guy creating problem for me with no 19 jersey. From then, I tried to gather football knowledge and I became a supporter of the club, whatever in future happens. It was Ronaldinho, the no 10 (for whom I actually started to love football). No 19 was obviously none other than Messi. And the club is more than a club.🥰😊. [Sorry for big write up 🙏🏾]

I was not quite 4 years old, but my older siblings and me, we got really into football and so we had to decide on our favorite football team. My oldest brother chose Mainz, since that was the best club in our region. My other brother chose Dortmund because he liked the colors. But my sister chose Werder Bremen, a club from all the way across the country, because her best friend had recently moved there. Me, being a clueless 3 year old, and also generally a big fan of my sister, I became a fan of Werder Bremen as well. I have a similar story, im born in Amsterdam but i’m not for Ajax. My mom is from Amsterdam but she and her Amsterdam side of the family never liked football, so they didn’t care. My dad from Utrecht saw this opportunity and ‘dragged’ me to matches of FC Utrecht. We also had friends and relatives from my dad’s side living close to the stadium, which made the stadium even more special for me. This all made me become a super loyal FC Utrecht fan, and I still hold seasontickets with dad and we never skip a game. I have fond memories all the way back to when Dirk Kuijt played for Utrecht, before signing to Feyenoord and Liverpool. Sadly all my friends are for Ajax and this makes me the odd one out, constantly being mocked for choosing FC Utrecht over Ajax. But it’s a playful rivalry that I cherish. I can’t tell anyone at FC Utrecht that im secretly from Amsterdam, or that I’ve adopted Ajax as my second club, because FC Utrecht supporter hate the guts of Ajax and anyone supporting them.

I am a Arsenal Fan and the Story is actually very weird,so my family are ALL Man Utd supporters but when I was 2-3 years old I played roblox and if you know there was an Fps shooter game that was Named Arsenal so when I was picking clubs I picked Arsenal bc I thought there was people with Guns every where and I just stuck with it.

Born in Berlin, I became a Nuremberg fan at 4 years old because my dad came back from the berlin Olympic stadium after some work thingy with the flags of the 2 DFB Pokal finalists at that time (2007 FCN vs VfB), he gave me the Nuremberg flag and my brother the Stuttgart one. I thought the colors looked cool so ever since then i am a Clubberer

I became a union Berlin fan in 2014 after I tried to find a pirate stream and it played a game of theirs instead of the UCL match I wanted. But I learned a lot hearing about their history so I researched them more and found their story inspiring. 10 years later I will be there whether we make UCL or face an injury driven run back to the second div.

Bro one of my earliest memories was the 2005 instanbul final between liverpool and acm. I just knew 1 player (dudek, liverpool goalkeeper) and young me always linked Poland with liverpool and thats how i started to love the team. I dont regret my decision. Eventho i watch more bundesliga games then PL games lol

AC Milan & Barca were the 2 teams I chose & never looked back. AC Milan had a lot of my fav players when I started watching them like Kaká, Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf, Dida & it was the season R9 joined. Barca it started w/ Ronaldinho who is the most skillful player I’ve ever saw who later went AC Milan & than Messi came into the picture & the rest is history.

This reminds me of how I became an AFC Bournemouth fan. They came over to the US to play my Philadelphia Union and I was one of only a few people to go to the open practice. The team visited with us and signed autographs and I decided to root for them. It hasn't been easy.

At my 7, I was playing PES09 Become a Legend mode. I was pretty bad but somehow Saint-Etienne took me to the team. I didn't have memory card on my PS2 so everytime I started from the first match and Saint-Etienne took me almost every time. I started to like the team and became a fan. Weirdest thing is I am from Turkey and I didn't know that they are pretty successful. I have been in France this year and went to our match against FC Pau. It was the moment my dream came true🤩
