Even every player from different continents are also more interested in European clubs than their own continent's clubs. And I actually meant he doesn't only talk about famous players or famous clubs, he gives us information about many unknown players or many unknown clubs which are great but we don't know much about them. Sudtirol has a massive structure in their training center. Something that even top clubs do not have or they rather got recently. They have individuals training devices for each player, and specific coaches. As Italian, not from Trentino, I would love to have them in serie A. They are an example of structure planning.

I actually live in Trentino Alto Adige, and they're also the first team of the region to get promoted to serie B, the previous being Trento who played in the regional serie B-C post-WW2 mixed championship, Südtirol are pulling up an incredible rise

Fun fact no.1: they are the team that spent less on salaries in the Serie B and yet they were able to finish on top of clubs like Parma and Venezia that are among the top spenders in the league. Fun fact no.2: Südtirol will be playing against Reggina which is the club from Reggio Calabria (a city in the deep South of Italy) in fact Reggio Calabria is 1300km away from Bozen (where Südtirol plays). So it would probably be the longest away game ever in the history of Italian football (not sure though)

As an Italian i absolutely want to watch them in Serie A next season. I love how the club is managed and they have some really interesting players. Maybe the fact that i am from the South of Italy helps me in that way because i don't feel animosity towards Sudtirol, but i've heard that in the north (especially Trentino) there are a bit of hard feelings towards them. Mainly because many inhabitants (not all) of Sudtirol don't feel like they are part of Italy and sometimes take offense if you consider them Italians because they have a very different mentality (that's what i've heard), they tend to feel superior in a way, so there are a bit of hard feelings between them and the italians around them. If the italians you talked with are from the north i can understand your statement

Many of them don't want to be called Italians as they have been annexed against their will and their culture has been heavily oppressed in the past. Now of course those things lay in the past but there is still Italianisation going on there and many people still have (grandparents) who witnessed the tensions.

Im not Italian but I am a massive Lazio fan and I would love to see Bari in A. Their fans deserve it. Considering Cagliari beat Parma and Bari kicked Sudtirol we will see two matches between Bari vs Cagliari to decide it. June 8th and 11th are the days if anyone is interested. Suditrol were robbed by some stupid rules. In the Serie B playoffs, if after two matches the aggregate score is tied (as was the case for Suditrol when they faced Bari), the team who finished higher in the Serie B standings advances to the next round. That to me is ridiculous.
