Weddings are huge milestone... By excluding Op daughter she is already cutting her off from her father's life... OP was a doormat too no wonder his 2 marriages are in trash and 3rd one going there too... How could you agree on cutting off his daughter from his wedding... . this is honestly on the Ex's family more, yeah the Ex still messed up, but the fact her family but those thoughts in her head kinda shows they didn't like the OP's daughter more than anything.

I get what you mean, but at the end of the day it all falls on Addison. It was her choice. She chose to be immature, she chose to be hypocritical and she chose to isolate OP's own daughter. What did she think life would be like after they got married? He wasn't going to send her off to boarding school just to make Addison happy. Addison's sisters stirred the pot, sure. But Addison left the burner on to cause the fire even when the smoke alarm was going off. So I don't feel bad for her.

NTA she would have lied and gas lighted you to get what she wanted. She would have made your daughter's life hell. She did it for HER kids. Anything you did for your daughter would have seen as taking from HER kids. Your going to HAVE to evict her from the house. Why would she give up her home because of someone else's kid (your daughter).

Op is kind of an idiot. Addison clearly has no issues with kids. It's specifically only op's daughter she has an issue with. I really hate people like Addison who go after single parents but won't accept a package deal. It's worse and even more hypocritical coming from Addison since she's a single mom. How would she feel if her man was actively trying to exclude just HER kids from their wedding. Op dodged a missile. Addison got cocky once that ring was put on her finger and ruined her own engagement.
