My car locks and unlocks with the key but no longer locks both sides when sitting in the car automatically and the hatch will not unlock, could this be a fuse issue?

I had to replace my driver side door handle. I realized after I installed it that when I pulled the door from the inside that it triggered door lock. I can now only exit the vehicle by lowering the window and opening from the outside. Do you know where I went wrong?

if you can't gain access you can see the lock actuator that may be faulty!
