FIAT 500e Key Programming in Minutes - Using AVDI & FN024

I am delighted to share with you a genuine innovation - the FIAT 500e key programming software! Using your AVDI device and the new FN024 software license, you can program keys for this car in just a few minutes!
I recently acquired a FIAT 500e along with the new license, so I wanted to share my experience with you. To get started, you'll need the AVDI device, the ABRITES RH850/V850 Programmer, the CB012 cable, the PROTAG device, and the FN024 license (having an active AMS is essential as well). It's crucial to note that you must first read the BCM data. To do this, I used the ABRITES RH850/V850 Programmer connected to the BCM and simply read the data. Don't forget to save the dump file, as always.
It's important to know how to connect the CB012 cable for a direct CAN connection. To do this, remove the gear module located under the multimedia panel. Then, locate the CAN High and CAN Low wires, and gently pierce them with the CB012 needles. You'll see how to connect them in the video.
The key learning process is straightforward and takes just a minute! As you can see in the video, the software guides you through each step of the process. Make sure to remove any available keys before programming the new one. After that, launch the ABRITES Diagnostics for FCA vehicles, navigate to the Key Learning menu, and select the Prepare Key Fob option. Prepare the new key by placing it in the PROTAG device for a few moments. Once done, the key is ready to be enabled (or programmed). To do this, place the new key in the emergency slot of the car (which, in this case, is located between the front seats) and follow the steps in the software.
And there you have it - you now have a brand new key for your FIAT 500e! The software works with Atmel-type keys, whether they are original or third-party. As far as I know, ABRITES keys will soon be available for purchase.
