Fiat/Abarth 500 Mirror cap replacement and (Koshi carbon upgrade)

At Drivenmad, we repair, maintain and upgrade vehicles in our workshop, here in the sunny Algarve, Portugal.
Having hundreds of kilometres of dirt roads, dirt tracks and various hills with ruts on our doorstep, we venture out and test our 4x4’s to the limit (our limit, not theirs  )
When we can get one, we will slip in a vehicle review, along with some product testing - who does not want to know which tyre stops the best ?

Some bloke did a hit and run on mine. The cap is absolutely broken..I didn’t realize how hard it was to find my carbon fiber cap here in America…I finally found one and it’s finally here so thanks for the clip friend. This helped me with the broken clip issue I have.

That is a nice colour red and I have seen the koshi stuff on Abarth tuning and noticed the price. The rear diffuser is really nice to but didn’t you also have trouble with that?. After watching this I am a bit put off now but they do look fantastic. I have ordered the blacked DRL after watching you video on installing them 👍🏻

@@martinoneill4857 The koshi stuff really does look beautiful. Apparently I have been super “unlucky” and had issues with the rear diffuser. Iam waiting for a replacement but they take weeks as they are made to order. I would recommend them but for the money I would have expected a bit more quality control. Ps … it’s been 6 weeks waiting for the rear so far … I would also mention, you get no fitting instructions and the fact the mirrors are glued in place is not stated ( suspect if they get damaged, it will almost need a full mirror replacement due to the adhesive ☹️ ) last moan; the mirrors (300 paid) came in a box with a bit of bubble wrap in, box oversize, so one hit the other and broke off the lug, which is as weak as 🤬 anyway. But they do look awesome 😎
