FIAT/Autobianchi engine rebuild

You can find many videos on KZbin about finished engines and their starting attempts. But how should rebuild and assemble properly a 850/903/956 ccm FIAT/Autobianchi/SEAT block? We show it here! (Of course there are minor differences between the engines mentioned above, but basically can be considered as the same.)

Dear Sirs, I use Fiat 600D, may I question for the Fiat 600D engine? For Fiat 600D, before assemble Timing chain gear set, it seem we must have Crankshaft oil seal disc P/# 4067921 and Oil Sealing ring at crankshaft P/# 4067922. But I don't know how to assemble it. If you can teach me, it will be very appreciate.

Great work, can you help me with the problem I have, I have an a112 autobianchi abarth engine, with triger belt and Magneti Marelli electric ignition... Shall I set ignition timing by setting crankshaft pulley mark toward 10, 5 or 0 degrees on trigger housing marks?

Witaj . Dobra robota :) Składam teraz własnie taki silnik i mam problem z identyfikacją numerów wałka rozrządu . Mój numer na wałku nie odpowiada numerowi wałka OE. Czy masz może jakiś katalog lub dane techniczne i numery wałków rozrządu? Wałek oryginalny to 4362489 ale ja zastosowałem wałek od UNO o numerze 5940630. Natomiast ten co miałem w silniku ma zapełnie inny numer i to źle widoczny. Interesuje mnie jakie tam były wałki i jakie miały numery . Proszę Cię pomóż koledze z Polski . Pozdrawiam . Adam
