Hey Italia autos great videos. I really love your "Buyers guide" on cars. You really helped me u8nderstand what to look for before buying. It would be grat if you would do a same "Buyers guide on alfa engines". Common issiues in TS or JTS, JTDm and other. I know you somewhat did them while reviewing cars but a separate series would be awesome.

Happy New Year Just a question, why are you not cleaning the car upfront, before starting all this work? I mean, it makes work easier and is avoiding something will be overseen. However, it makes a lot of fun to see this great work. 👍

I noticed the lock near the boot is open. Without the protector slab (is the correct word?) a lot of dirt gets in. I found the spring in the lock to be broken and replaced it with a spring from a scrapped fiat brava.

Really appreciated & enjoyed this episode of you resurrecting this car! You should be Very proud of yourself. Definitely A lot of hard work but Great job Neil. It gives me the inspiration and hope towards finishing my own 1995 16vt this year, any chance of you covering the odd 7 pin flasher relay set up? I’ve a weird fault on mine of no osf indicator on the wing or bumper? Have you ever encountered this? Kind regards

@@ItaliaAutos I look forward to every episode! I’m slowly getting through all the jobs that you make look so easy. It’s been very helpful as a reference point as there’s so little information out there regarding repairs to these cars. My car is off the rd from around 2003 and is in very similar condition to this one. But worth saving in my opinion. Keep up the good work and thanks again for the help on this car + before with my 1999 Alfa gtv ts!

Hi Neil - can you remember where you got thoss rear subframe bushes from? I bought some on ebay that were meant for a Fiat Multipla, as I read that the Fiat Coupéhas the same rear subframe, however unfortunately they were too small. Thanks in advance.

@@ItaliaAutos Thanks for the reply Neil. Those are the ones that I bought, I took them to the garage today but they fit in a bit too easily - I was told that they were too small as they measured 78mm wide and I was told that they should be roughly 80mm. Frustrating as I can't find any anywhere - I previously provided a set of polyurethane ones but these were too big even with a press. Nevermind :/ great videos Neil, keep it up!!

Rub it down, baby! It's a great colour, isn't it? By the way: Is there a common name for the sort of kit that is used to (re)attach those badges? Maybe a recomended brand?

Usually the passenger side rusts first, because it goes near the edge of the road where all the sand, salt and dirt is packed.
